We manufacture die plates on sophisticated CNC Machining centres. Modification of existing die design is done by our experienced engineers on CAD softwares.

Die Plates are made in various shapes and sizes to suit your specific requirements. Various hole configurations and geometries are used based on polymer material being cut.

Stellited Faced Die Plates
These dies are generally used with die face cutters where the high speed rotating cutters move in contact with the die plate. The face of the die is made of stellite so that it could withstand the excessive wear from rotating blades. These give much better life than through hardened ones.

Through Hardened Die Plates
These are made for all standard extruders / systems. Heat tretment is done to impart better life.
