ROTARY CUTTERS
Resharpening of Rotary cutters made of wedge-lock/bolted/brazed carbide, stellite, CV material, high speed steel, tool steel etc. is done for sizes upto 350 mm. dia and 1500 mm. length on highly precise CNC machines and German grinders to impart best concentricity, parallality and surface finish.

STATIONARY CUTTERS
Resharpening of stationary cutters made of ceramic, tungsten carbide, high speed steel, tool steel etc. is done for sizes upto 1270 mm. length and 300 mm. width. On carbide and ceramic cutters we give a smoothness (or technically speaking roughness) value of Ra 0.05 Microns, and parallelity of faces within 2.5 microns, so as to give perfect gap adjustment. Flatness is within 2 light bands.
