Rotary cutter manufacturing is a hi-tech work requiring advanced technology and a set of precision computerized machine tools. We manufacture and resharpen the following types:

Stellited Rotors
These are most popular and universally used for all types of chip cutting. Stellited edges are repairable by material deposition. Used for wet as well as dry cutting they give better life as compared to through-hardened rotors.

Wedge Lock Rotors
Expensive but only solution for cutting of very hard and abrasive polymers. Cutting edges are mostly made of tungsten carbide and are replaceable if damaged.

Through-Hardened Rotors
These are low cost solution for palletizers cutting soft materials. They give good life but are prone to chipping of cutting edges and rusting if run wet.

SIZES: Upto 400mm. dia. and 1400mm. length
MATERIALS: Tungsten Carbide, Stellite, Tool Steel, Stainless Steel etc.
CONFIGURATIONS: Any possible no. of teeth, any helix angles.
